Ghana international Quincy Owusu-Abeyie has joined
English Championship side Cardiff City on loan for the remainder of the season.
The former Arsenal star had been loan at Birmingham
City for the first half of the season, but after his owners, Spartak Moscow,
priced him out of a permanent move to St Andrews, he was forced to return to
Russia.
The 22-year-old had long stated his desire not to stay
in Moscow however, and now Cardiff, who are chasing a Premiership promotion
play-off place, have given him the opportunity to return to England.
